I grew up on a honey bee farm in rural Canada, an only child with a visual artist mother, a beekeeper father, and the land became my stage. I sang to the butterflies and acted out characters in the garden alongside the tomatoes. From the very beginning, I noticed when things weren't fair — and couldn't stay quiet about it. Storytelling and a hunger for justice were born in me at the same time. I've never been able to separate the two.

Today I work across film, television, documentary, yoga and live events — not because I couldn't choose, but because the through-line was never the medium. It was always the mission: to untangle the messiness of being human, and to create spaces where people feel seen and included.

A graduate of Vancouver Film School's Acting for Film and Television program, I bring a performer's understanding to everything I do — character, emotional arc, and the vulnerability required to tell human stories. My screen work spans producing, locations and acting across independent feature film, documentary and television.

I'm also a yoga teacher with over twenty years of practice, an MC and live-event host, and a writer with projects in development across script and screen. My work keeps returning to the stories that don't get told enough — stories about women, identity, disability, migration, and what it means to belong.

I've lived in Vancouver, New York, Melbourne and now Adelaide, which I found the best way possible — at a birthday party in Byron Bay, talking to two creatives who said come down and visit. I stayed for a friendship that changed my life. It's always about the people.

With a recent ADHD diagnosis, my many passions and my all-in approach finally make sense. Let's call it hyperfocus.
