Who am I?

I'm a multi-hyphenate creative working across film, events, and advocacy.

I grew up on a honeybee farm in rural Canada and trained as an actor at Vancouver Film School, before building a career spanning production, locations, performance, and live events. I now call Adelaide, South Australia home.

In locations, some recent credits include Location Manager on Penny Lane Is Dead and Location Coordinator on Treasure & Dirt, among others. I also held an inclusive producer's attachment with Bus Stop Films, and have gone on to work with them on further projects.

As a producer, I wrote, produced, and hosted The Holistic Approach, a six-episode television series on yoga and meditation, and have since produced across short film and documentary.

As an actor, my credits span film and TVCs.

Off screen, I'm a yoga teacher with over twenty years of practice, an MC and live-event host, and a writer. My work returns often to women, identity, disability, migration, and belonging.

I'm currently co-directing the International Solo Mothers by Choice Summit, launching November 2026, and training as a menstrual cycle coach.

With a recent ADHD diagnosis, my many passions and my all-in approach finally make sense. Let's call it hyperfocus.
